Pumpkin Bread

Pumpkin Bread
This is great for the holidays!

The ingredient swaps:
  • Instead of 2/3 cup of vegetable oil, I used 2/3 cup of unsweetened apple sauce.
  • Instead of 4 eggs, I used 1 cup of liquid egg.
  • I omitted the nuts and raisins.
This recipe makes 24 servings that are 3PointsPlus each.
